- 50 g Red Rice
- 50 g Buckwheat
- 50 g Chickpeas
- 50 g Black Chickpeas
- 50 g Borlotti Beans
- 10 g Peas
- 3 tablespon Apple Cider Vinegar
- Boil legumes separately.
- Boil the rice and buckwheat in plenty of water for 10 minutes.
- Mix everything and season with salt, oil and 3 taplespon of Apple Cider Vinegar.
